Our Returns & Refunds Promise
At The Tuck Company, we want you and your kids to be absolutely delighted with our yummy products! We craft them with care and natural ingredients. If something isn't quite right with your order, or you have any concerns, please don't worry – we’re here to help.
My Order Arrived Damaged or Isn't What I Ordered
We're sorry about that! If your Tuck Company products have arrived damaged, or if there's a mistake with your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, and within 14 days of receiving your order.

What to do: Please email our friendly team at hello@thetuckcompany.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and if possible, a photo of the damaged or incorrect items.

What we'll do: We'll quickly look into it and will be happy to arrange a replacement for the affected bars or offer a full refund (including any shipping costs you paid for those items).
I've Changed My Mind
We understand that sometimes things change! If you've had a change of heart and wish to return some of your unopened bars, here’s how we can help:

Timeframe: Please contact us at hello@thetuckcompany.com within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you'd like to make a return.

Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the oat bars must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same re-saleable condition you received them in their complete order. As our bars are food items, we can't accept returns of opened packages for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the items to us. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund: Once we receive the returned bars and confirm they are in good condition, we will process a refund for the cost of the product(s) to your original payment method. Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Proof of Purchase: To help us process any return or refund, please have your order number handy or provide proof of purchase.

Sale Items: Please note that items purchased on sale are typically considered final and may not be eligible for a refund unless they are faulty or not as described.

Processing Refunds: Once a refund is approved, we'll process it as quickly as we can, usually within 5-10 working days, back to your original method of payment. We’ll send you an email to let you know it’s on its way.
